<chromatic> I fixed a couple of bugs and made a couple of performance improvements.
<chromatic> I'm poking at the context marking code; I think it's doing some work over and over again, but if I get rid of the culprit, a couple of tests fail with GC debug.
<chromatic> No particular luck on Coke's Tcl segfault with gcdebug, so we put in a workaround.
